BOOKING & AVAILABILITY

When will I need to know my final count?

Final counts are required 30 days prior to the wedding date. When booking if you have someone that is undecided I would leave them out. Services can be added, with approval. Removing services is not allowed once the contract and retainer are received.

How do I reserve my date?

To begin, complete the Bridal Inquiry Form. Your date is secured once your contract is signed and retainer received. Because I take a limited number of weddings, bookings are confirmed on a first-come basis.

Can I do a trial before reserving?

Yes, a preview can be scheduled prior to booking. However, wedding dates are secured only once a contract and retainer are received, and availability is offered on a first-come basis.

When do I need my final count?

Final counts are confirmed 30 days prior to your wedding date. If someone is undecided at the time of booking, it’s best to leave them off for now. Services may be added later if timing allows, but reductions aren’t available once your contract and retainer are secured.

How many people can you accommodate?

I can comfortably service 6–7 people depending on your timeline and start time. For larger parties, I coordinate additional trusted stylists or assistants to ensure a relaxed, on-schedule morning.

Where do previews take place?

All bridal previews are held at Bloom Salon in Chagrin Falls, where we can take our time refining and perfecting your wedding-day look.

Is a preview required?

Previews aren’t required, though they’re highly encouraged. They allow dedicated time to connect, refine your vision, and become familiar with your hair so your wedding morning feels effortless and confident.

SERVICES & POLICIES

Can I change services after signing?

Once your contract and retainer are secured, reserved services are finalized. If your timeline allows, additional services can always be added with advance approval.

Do you offer color/extension services?

Yes — when I’m not on-site for weddings, I work full-time behind the chair at Bloom Salon in Chagrin Falls, specializing in color and extensions. You can view my work and services on Instagram @callahairrr.
